Spring Fest 2026 will be held in January 22nd to 25th 2026.

Visit the Events page, select your desired event, and click the Register button. You will need a valid Spring Fest ID to complete registration. Registration opens in December 2025.

Yes! You can register for multiple events across different genres, subject to time slot availability. Make sure to check the event schedule to avoid conflicts.

Kharagpur has excellent rail connectivity. The campus is just 2 km from Kharagpur Railway Station. We also provide shuttle services during the fest. Nearest airports are in Kolkata (120 km).

Most events are open to college students. Some events may have specific eligibility criteria mentioned on their respective pages. School students can participate in selected events.

Registrations cancelled after 1st January 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund, while cancellations after 8th January 2026 are non-refundable.
